Your invitation will be made out to “Your Name” and “Guest” if you are permitted to bring a guest. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on the grass, and the reception will take place under an open-air sailcloth tent. Ladies, we recommend wearing heels you're comfortable wearing on grass!

Yes! A complimentary shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at each hotel block on the day of the wedding:

• Country Inn & Suites — pickup at 3:20 PM
• Homewood Suites by Hilton — pickup at 3:30 PM
• Courtyard by Marriott — pickup at 3:40 PM
• After the wedding: first shuttle departs the venue at 9:00 PM
• After the wedding: final shuttle departs the venue at 10:00 PM

We're providing an open bar, so no purchases are necessary for drinks. However, we are doing a Filipino money dance if you'd like to participate!

Please arrive at the ceremony location by 3:30 PM. This will give you time to find parking or take the complimentary shuttle up to the ceremony location, enjoy champagne, and find your seat — late guests will not be able to be seated for the ceremony.

Yes! If you'd rather drive than take the shuttle, there's free parking at the venue. After parking, you'll take a short shuttle from the lot up the hill to the ceremony and reception. Please note that cars may not stay overnight.

Yes! The after party will start right after the reception ends (around 10:30 PM) at ____. Beverages are on us!

In Charlottesville in June, highs average 84–86°F with overnight lows around 63°F. Our venue has a beautiful lawn for the ceremony and cocktail hour — we'll have parasols and handheld fans on hand for shade, and we'll move under a sailcloth tent for dinner and dancing.
